As a Server at our restaurant, you play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their meal.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely delivery
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
